Yoga for Grief Resilience,Wednesdays, May 29 & June 5-19, 2019 7-8pm

Discover Yoga as a beneficial way to bring awareness to the breath and body as you learn to cope with grief and loss. This one hour chair class is accessible to everyone, no yoga experience necessary. You will learn the basics in a safe, calm and meditative environment. The class will be led by Lynne Glickman Registered Yoga Teacher.
